Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Buyers may return items or request refunds on the TK Global Shop platform, which serves global markets outside Mainland China.


1. General Principles

1.1 Buyers may request a return or refund for any purchased item (“Item”) before the expiration of the TK Global Shop Guarantee Period as defined in the Terms of Service.

1.2 The TK Global Shop Guarantee is a platform service to help resolve disputes arising during transactions. Buyers are encouraged to communicate directly with Sellers to resolve issues before filing a formal dispute.

1.3 This policy applies to all transactions made through the TK Global Shop platform, provided that the transaction occurred in a non-Mainland China jurisdiction.


2. Valid Return and Refund Scenarios

2.1 Buyers may apply for a return or refund in the following cases: - The Item was not delivered. - The Item was damaged or defective upon arrival. - The Item received is incomplete (missing parts or quantity). - The Item does not match the description or specifications. - The Item received is counterfeit (applies only to verified Mall Sellers). - The Buyer received a different Item from what was ordered. - By mutual agreement between Buyer and Seller (must be documented). - Change of mind (only available for specific categories and Sellers).

2.2 Requests must be submitted via the TK Global Shop mobile application.

2.3 TK Global Shop will review all requests and determine validity at its sole discretion.

2.4 If required, Buyers must return the Item to a location designated by TK Global Shop within 10 calendar days.

2.5 TK Global Shop’s decision on each case is final and binding.

2.6 If legal proceedings are initiated, Buyers must submit official documentation to TK Global Shop to freeze payment until resolution.


3. Preferred Sellers

3.1 Participation in the Preferred Seller Program requires acceptance of this policy. TK Global Shop may suspend or revoke Preferred Seller status at any time.

3.2 Preferred Sellers must comply with any TK Global Shop decision regarding refunds or returns.

3.3 Returned Items must be accepted at the Seller’s provided address. If a local return address is not provided or if the Seller fails to accept returned goods, TK Global Shop may dispose of the goods and the Seller forfeits any claim.

3.4 If a refund is approved but the Item is not returned, TK Global Shop may choose not to return it to the Seller.

3.5 Sellers may appeal refund decisions by submitting evidence. TK Global Shop’s review outcome is final.


4. Ordinary Sellers

4.1 Ordinary Sellers (non-Mall, non-Preferred) are required to respond to refund requests within a stipulated period.

4.2 Failure to respond within the given timeframe will be interpreted as no objection, and TK Global Shop will proceed accordingly.


5. Return Conditions

5.1 Buyers must return Items in original condition and include all accessories.

5.2 It is recommended that Buyers take photos upon receipt to support any claim.


6. Shipping Fee Responsibility

6.1 If the return is due to Seller’s error (e.g., damaged, incorrect item), the Seller bears the shipping cost.

6.2 If it is a change-of-mind return, the Buyer bears the cost.

6.3 If responsibility is unclear, TK Global Shop will decide.


7. Refund Processing

7.1 Refunds will be processed after the returned Item is received by the Seller or as determined by TK Global Shop.

7.2 Refunds will be credited to the Buyer’s original payment method.


8. Buyer-Seller Communication

8.1 TK Global Shop encourages direct and respectful communication between Buyers and Sellers.

8.2 The platform may intervene only when necessary.


9. Platform Authority

9.1 TK Global Shop reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes, returns, and refunds.

9.2 All such decisions shall be binding on both Buyers and Sellers.


10. Geographic Clarification

This policy applies to all TK Global Shop international markets except Mainland China. Previous references to specific regions (e.g., Malaysia) are removed to reflect TK Global Shop’s global marketplace coverage.
